At-large bids are supposed to be announced sometime today.

Penn's collectively holding their breath with 3 who qualified the spots but are hoping to get a phone call (or text or whatever)..(133, 149, 184)

Looks like he gets the trophy for the best 9th place finisher in EIWA history.

What is EDST? It's either EDT or EST.
In this case, since we just changed clocks, it is Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
Had it been last week, it would have been Eastern Standard Time (EST)

From the Pre-Championships Manual:

Final seeding and pairings are made by the Division I Wrestling Committee. Pairing sheets will tentatively be distributed via an internet announcement by 8 p.m. Eastern time, Wednesday, March 13. These pairings are not to be released by any other media outlet before the official NCAA announcement.

I am also not responsible for setting clocks forward or back. Change your damn opening and closing or starting and dismissal times. !2:00 noon is roughly the time when the sun crosses over 15 degree meridians.
