Brittany Curtin PL Weekly Award Women's Track

Curtin broke her own school record in the discus, competing at Moravian's Coach Pollard Invitational on Saturday. She threw 49.25m (161' 7") to take first place in the event, besting the mark of 48.63m (159' 6") she previously set at the 2018 Penn Relays. Curtin is the defending Patriot League outdoor champion in the discus.
Realize that her throw of 49.25 meters would have placed her 22nd in the NCAA Championship in 2017.
