Sophia Lis, A, Princeton HS, NJ
Sophia may be our next big recruit out of New Jersey
She has led her HS to the State finals on Sunday by scoring virtually all their goals in the playoffs. So far this season she has 37 goals and 21 assists. Last season after missing the 1st month of the season to injury, she scored hat tricks in her 1st 2 games back.

Re: Women's Soccer Commit-2022
Better question is what do soccer players do on their club teams? Nowadays many soccer academies will not let their players participate in high school sports.
Re: Women's Soccer Commit-2022
I think that is a bigger issue with guys than girls. Most but certainly not all girls play both. Sophia played for the Players Development Academy (Blue North) in the ECNL Elite Clubs National League. Here is some Hudl tape on her there. By the way she is 6'1" which seems really tall for a ForwardSundayamqb wrote: ↑Tue Dec 07, 2021 8:27 pm Better question is what do soccer players do on their club teams? Dakota Russell, F, MF, BRYC Elite Academy, VA
Very little information since she played for an academy, at which she was the leading scorer. Rated a *** recruit by Top Drawer Soccer

Paige Christakos, D, Chaparell HS, Scottsdale, AZ
Older sister played for Bucknell (2nd team All-PL)
Paige Christakos captains Chaparral and has a 4.9 GPA.
As a defender, Christakos doesn’t have the same eye-popping stats as some of her teammates on Chaparral, which is consistently among the state’s best programs. But for four years, she’s been an anchor at the center of the Firebirds’ back line.
Now, as a senior, she’s the team captain and leads a defense that’s conceded just nine goals in 11 games.
